Meet Savannah
A classically trained violinist, was noted as a “musical prodigy” by the North Port Sun. Her music influences range in genres such as jazz, pop, rock, Latin, and classical. Savannah started playing music at age six and has never stopped pursuing music. She recently graduated with honors from State College of Florida summa cum laude with an associate in arts degree and currently studies with the University of Central Florida, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in International and global studies. Savannah also studied with Berklee Online, earning 12 credit hours worth of vocal training, songwriting, guitar, and piano credits. She had the honor of playing for three consecutive years with the Suncoast Super Strings under the direction of Itzhak Perlman. She was a member of the Gamble Creek band led by Kim Betts (daughter of the legendary Dickey Betts of The Allman Brothers Band), where she and the band had the opportunity to open for Blue Oyster Cult, Wynonna Judd, Marshall Tucker, and Lonestar. Savannah has performed at various venues such as the Raymond James Stadium, the Palladium, CoolToday Park, Yacht Clubs, and other venues. She is also a songwriter and recording artist working on her next album. Currently, she is the lead singer for the Tropical Avenue band.
